How long does delivery take?
Within Pakistan, orders arrive in 2–4 working days. International delivery takes 5–9 working days and is complimentary on every order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unworn items in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Bridal and custom-stitched pieces are final sale.
Are your products authentic?
Every Varena piece is made by us or for us, and every watch and fragrance ships with a warranty card and batch number.
Do you offer stitching for unstitched suits?
Yes. Choose your size at checkout or send us your measurements after ordering; stitching adds 5–7 working days.
Which currencies and payments do you accept?
Prices are shown in PKR or USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash on delivery within Pakistan.
How should I care for embroidered pieces?
Dry clean only. Store folded in the muslin bag provided, away from direct sunlight, and iron on the reverse at low heat.
